Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Kouwon order. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, change of mind, or other reasons unrelated to a product or fulfillment issue.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a quality issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at Support@Kouwon.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue so we can review it and work toward a resolution.

If the issue is confirmed, we may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. You will not be required to return a damaged or defective item unless we specifically request it.

We are not responsible for issues resulting from normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage caused after delivery.

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
