Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders within the United States.

Processing Times

Because Kouwon products are made to order, please allow additional time for your order to be produced before it ships. Production times may vary depending on the product and order volume.

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: $8

Express Shipping: $15

Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. Tracking information may take some time to update after the package leaves the production facility.

Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Kouwon's control.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or you believe it may be lost, please contact us at support@kouwon.com and include your order number so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Kouwon is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
